Using FLY

Feel Like You is a style-discovery and trip-packing tool. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the service — no scraping at scale, no attempts to break or overload it, and no using it to break the law.

Your account

You can use FLY without an account. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for activity under your account — tell us straight away if you think someone else has access. You need to be at least 13 to hold an account.

You can close your account whenever you like and we'll delete the data tied to it. We may suspend or close an account that's being used to abuse the service or break these terms.

Your content

You can add your own photographs to pieces in your closet. Those photos stay yours. You give us only the permission we need to store them and show them back to you in the app, and that permission ends when you delete the photo or your account.

Only upload images you have the right to use — your own photographs of your own clothes. Don't upload anyone else's copyrighted images, and don't upload anything that identifies another person without their agreement. We can remove content that breaks this.

If you make your closet public, the pieces in it become visible to others. That's your choice to make and to reverse, and it's off by default.

Affiliate links & third-party retailers

FLY includes affiliate links to third-party retailers, as described in our affiliate disclosure. We don't sell products ourselves. When you buy from a retailer we link to, that purchase is governed by the retailer's own terms, pricing, shipping, and return policies — not ours. We're not responsible for the products, availability, or service of any third-party store.

Recommendations & weather data

Packing recommendations and forecasts are provided for convenience and are estimates. Weather can change, and only you know your plans — please use your own judgment about what to pack. We don't guarantee that any recommendation will suit your trip.

Content & intellectual property

The FLY name, design, guides, and software are our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

Disclaimer & liability

FLY is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or from purchases you make through links on it.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use FLY after a change means you accept the updated terms.
